ADVANTAGES OF ELEVATED FLOORS

Excellent hiding place for pipes and systems
The interspace between the flooring and the underlying membrane allows the passage of pipes and systems that are thus masked while remaining easy to inspect;

Excellent absorption of expansion
The independence of the flooring and of the supporting supports allows to absorb the expansions and the structural movements;

Significant decrease in weight
With the elimination of the concrete screed, the raised system allows a substantial reduction in the weight on the structure and a real decrease in costs;

Floor always flat and easy to inspect
The self-leveling support system makes it possible to compensate for small gradients and slopes in the laying surface and to create perfectly stable and flat floors. In the case of laying on a waterproofing membrane, this is easily accessible and can be inspected as the flooring is simply laid on the supports without any mechanical fixing;

Strong resistance to weight
The robust structure of the support given not only by the experience in formulating the compound but also by the continuous threading between base and screw, guarantees a strong, safe and long-lasting product;

Better sound insulation
Thanks to the "two-component" anti-slip and anti-noise head, the Eterno support is the only one in the world capable of reducing the sound level up to 25dB;

Installation speed
It means above all an economic saving. In the case of work in already inhabited buildings, the limited intervention time will allow for minor inconveniences, in the case of new buildings, the speed of installation will be a point of advantage for the purpose of organizing the site;

Ecology and cleanliness
Everything is recyclable, both the flooring elements and the support substructure. At the end of the building's and/or floor's life, everything can be easily removed and recycled, to give life to other products and nothing will be lost in the environment. The "dry" installation system does not include adhesives or chemical products.
