Wood fibers FiberTherm Zell

Loose wood fiber for thermal and acoustic insulation.
FiberTherm Zell is composed of pure loose wood fibers that fill all the cavities and can be used for the blow-in insulation of roofs, walls, floors and floors. The fibers are blown-in at high pressure into the hollow spaces and occupy the entire available volume taking the shape of the surrounding elements.

DESCRIPTION

FiberTherm Zell contains pure wood fibers that fill the cavities and ensure thermal and acoustic insulation in all parts of the building: walls, roofs, floors and floors. Each of these fibers contains the advantages of natural wood: durability, stability and excellent thermal insulation properties.
To produce the insulating layer, the fibrous material is injected at high pressure into the closed spaces and adapts exactly to the limiting elements. Therefore FiberTherm Zell is suitable both as an insulating material for prefabricated elements (for example complete walls) as well as for renovations.

With FiberTherm Zell it is not necessary that the compartments to be insulated have the standard dimensions of the insulating materials on the market. Even the plant elements present in the cavities are completely enveloped by the insulating material without manual intervention. With loose wood fibers for blowing, homogeneous filling is obtained even in the most complex constructions.
FiberTherm Zell can also be used for free-blowing insufflation. The open blowing process is used to lay FiberTherm Zell as an insulating material on horizontal, vaulted or slightly inclined surfaces between the truss beams. For renovations or new buildings, wooden buildings or wooden load-bearing structures or other types of lightweight construction - with FiberThermZell insulation becomes particularly convenient and environmentally friendly.

The laying of FiberTherm Zell must only be carried out by personnel with adequate training and authorized companies (according to the general approval of the building inspectorate). FiberTherm Zell is compressed, packed in bags and delivered. The compacted fibers must be prepared in special blowing machines and by flexible hoses conveyed up to the laying point. The advantage: the machine and the insulating material can remain outside the building, allowing you to work quickly even in tight spaces.
With FiberTherm Zell, no waste is generated. The dust or dirt generated is compostable. If installed correctly it can be reused even after many years.

The material is also recyclable, with relative NaturePlus certification and made exclusively with wood from controlled forests in compliance with the FSC directives.

The loose wood fiber FiberTherm Zell has the following characteristics:

• seamless insulating layer;
• excellent thermal insulation and thermal capacity;
• safety thanks to many years of experience with the product;
• antismesting safety thanks to the wood fibers that fit together;
• high quality thanks to the installation performed by qualified companies;
• processing without waste;
• recyclable wood fibers from pine wood only;
• processing without waste;
• excellent sound insulation;
• excellent insulating properties, in summer as in winter;
• breathable, promotes a comfortable and healthy environment;
• recyclable, ecological, respects the environment;
• tested and authorized building material based on current European standards.

USES

Loose wood fibers FiberTherm Zell are suitable for any type of thermal and acoustic insulation that requires the filling of cavities between structural elements, such as:

• wall cavities;
• prefabricated elements for walls and floors to be filled with insulating material;
• floors, as part of building rehabilitation interventions.
