Wood fiber panels with densities 110 Kg/m³, 140 Kg/m³ and 210 Kg/m³.
Fibertherm Safe is a wood fiber panel for thermal and acoustic insulation on the outside of flat roofs, resistant to wind and humidity. The panel is coupled with a waterproof coating that increases rain resistance and can function as a temporary roof lining.

DESCRIPTION

The wood fiber panels FiberTherm Safe is a panel coupled with an impermeable film for new or repaired roofs, for renovations of buildings of all kinds. The panels are made of natural wood fibers and are produced without additives through a dry process. The wood fiber panel is coupled with a waterproof coating in order to have an increase in rain resistance.

The tongue&groove profile of the FiberTherm Safe panel ensures high ease of installation. FiberTherm Safe is available in three densities: 110 kg/m³, 140 kg/m³ and 210 kg/m³.

The material is also recyclable, with relative NaturePlus certification and made exclusively with wood from controlled forests in compliance with the FSC directives.

FiberTherm Safe wood fiber insulation board is an excellent thermal-acoustic insulation for new or renovated roofs and has the following features:

• lower floor directly coupled to the waterproof roof covering;
• for roof pitches ≥5° and roofing materials with low roof level;
• thermal insulation under ventilated metal roofing; 
• greater protection against rain according to Holzforschung Research Austria;
• increased resistance to rain;
• fast and easy bonding with the FiberTherm multi glue wet resistant adhesive system;
• can be used with FiberThermmulti UDB and are combined to form joints;
• permeability for greater structural safety;
• dry produced;
• recyclable, ecological, respects the environment;
• tested and authorized building material based on current European standards.

General indications:
• stack horizontally and dry;
• pay particular attention to the edges of the panels;
• remove the pallet packaging only when it is on a flat, stable and dry surface.
